Unlike the other reviewers, I ENJOYED the taste and texture of the Fiber Choice tablets! They take a little getting used to, but what doesn't? In all, these tablets definitely do what they say: my appetite has definitely abated, and I'm feeling A LOT more energetic. To each his own, I guess. But I definitely support this product.
