Item Description:
This oversized inflatable travel pillow will ensure your comfort by allowing you to stretch out. The first class sleeper pillow only takes about a dozen breaths to inflate, and it will keep your neck, shoulders, and spine in perfect alignment while sleeping on the airplane.

Buyer Reviews
Average Buyer Rating: out of 5 stars

Customer Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Big Disappointment
This product is a total waste of money. I recently purchsed 2 for my husband and myself for a trip to Europe. The pillow pushes you so far forward in your seat,so there is no room at all for your legs, While our necks and backs felt fine, our legs cramped up. We had to deflate the pillows to get any semblance of sleep on the plane.

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great for long flights
I used this in combination with the Therm-A-Rest Camp Seat on a 20 hour coach flight to Asia. It was the perfect size to fit on the coach seat. It was much more comfortable than the regular seat, and I found myself relaxed and comfortable at the end of the flight. I herniated two discs last year and was worried I would be in pain for my entire trip, but with this product I experienced no back pain at all.

The pillow only needs a few breaths to fill up to the proper inflation pressure. While it will seem like it is not even close to being inflated properly, once you lean back against it you will find that the small amount of air is perfect. It supports your lower back, shoulders, head and neck. I did try putting more air in it, and it is less comfortable because it is too firm and does not conform to your body. Follow the directions and you find that it is amazingly comfortable.

When it is deflated, it rolls into a fairly small size that easily fit into my backpack.

I recommend this for anyone who is going to go on a long flight and wants to be comfortable and rested at the end of the flight.

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A product that really works!
During a 14 hour flight to Asia, this product very nicely supported my lower back and cradled my head. I combined it with a Thermarest pad to sit on and 100mg of Ibuprofen, and I arrived without the back pain that I have always previously suffered after even much shorter flights. This product won't do anything about for cramped legs, of course, but in-seat stretches help a lot.

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent
Don't hesitate - this product will make any heinous long haul in coach more pleasant. Like sitting in a cloud of air, you can customize to your comfort level. The picture shown does not do the product justice. Don't blow it up quite as much for a mushy more comfortable feel that does not take away from your already limited seat room. Ask for a window seat and prop it up between you and the wall for a couple of hours restful sleep. A comfortable pair of eyeshades is a great addition.

Pop Music Shopper

Usually we're fans of Logitech's gaming mice, but its highest-end G9 Laser Mouse is expensive, overly complex, and lacks the ergonomic thought we've come to expect. If you like to brag about dot-per-inch limits, perhaps the G9's 3,200dpi laser will be enough to sell you, but for the price, we expect the design to match.

Small and light enough for a shirt pocket, Samsung's Helix YX-M1 is a one-stop audio entertainment center with an XM radio, a digital music player, and room for 50 hours of tunes, but it comes up short on battery life.
