great
Not only does my 3 month old love this, but I love it too!
When my son had a cold with a very stuffed nose he couldn't sleep laying down. We popped him into his chair, all wrapped up, and it gave him a great nights sleep.
It's vibrating feature also helped rock him to sleep on some late nights.

Unsafe!!!!!!
The chair is made defective. There is no weight in the top of the chair so when a child reaches for a toy, for example, on the floor the chair will go over and your child is at risk for a head injury. Do not put a child who can't stand in this chair.

Great for infants but dangerous for toddlers!
Fisher-Price Infant-To-Toddler Rocker - Blue/GreenThis product was great for my baby. I liked that it had two postions for the baby to sit and that it rocked. I bought this product for the intent of having a chair for my baby when he was older. Now that he is older I had to take the chair away from him because he can tip it backwards. He tries to sit in it (which he is very good at) and if he tries just the right way the chair can tip fully backward. Overall I love this seat for an infant and happy that it was washable for those diaper leaks. Just be careful and watch when your toddler sits in it.

Great for little baby not for a toddler
I wouldn't use on an 8+ month old (or so), because it really isn't that good for a sitter upper who isn't very good at safely climbing off things, and worse for an active toddler trying to climb on everything.
It was very nice before then, because it laid back nicely and reclined nicely, and it looked comfortable for a little baby, and later less reclined for an emerging sitter. It was also good for training him to drink a bottle by himself, and he seemed very comfortable in it.
I used it one day with my 16 month old, when he was very sick and just wanted to recline and relax in front of the TV. The next day, he was once again trying to climb up the back of it, and I had to put it back away. Not that a toddler wants to sit around in a chair anyway.
