More than met my expectations so far
I started taking Hydroxycut Max about a week ago. I'm 36yrs old, 5'8" & about 135lbs. I eat clean with an occasional cheat meal & I drink coffee or a caffeinated beverage 1-2x/wk. When I bought HM I didn't expect it to DO the work FOR me I only thought it may give me some extra energy so I could hit the workouts a little harder. I know I don't need to lose any weight but I'd like to add muscle & lean out a bit. What I got is extra energy that lasted hours, better ability to focus & complete tasks & for the first time ever (I've taken only a handful of "diet pills" in my lifetime) a noticeable decrease in appetite which is important to me because I have a tendency to overeat causing gastric distress, fatigue & all around discomfort. I would only suggest taking this if you are already somewhat fit & healthy & give it at least a week before you drop it. If you take it once, eat pizza or drink more than one caffeinated drink a day & get heartburn or chest pain you shouldn't be on it anyway! Also keep in mind you should take it at least 30mins BEFORE you eat. I give HM kudos for working for me so far & would suggest it to my healthier friends.

Not very impressed
I have been taking these diet pills for two days now and have felt nothing at all other then lots and lots of gas and having to go tinkle every 10 to 15 minutes.I started with one pill before meals and felt no burst of energy or appetite control. Tomorrow I will start and take two before each meal and see what happens. But I feel I spent way to much money for what they are worth. It is really embarassing to have so much gas and Feel so bloated its not funny. I got mine at a gnc store and paid just almost about 50 dollars for them. uhhhh.

Chest Pain? Funny feeling....
I wouldn't know if this product works because I wasn't able to take it long enough to really see. What I CAN report on is my physical experience for the brief time I was on it: I got up to day 3 of the dosage. During that time I noticed that after taking it I would feel a non-debilitating BUT DEFINITELY NOTICEABLE pain in my chest. I couldn't quite pinpoint it exactly but i know that it felt unnatural enough that I couldn't ignore it. At first I thought that maybe my hypersensitivity and skepticism over diet drugs and the risks associated with SOME of those that have been recalled was causing a psychosomatic response to the drugs, but after talking to another female and my boyfriend who were on different Hydroxycut supplements in the past, they both reported the same odd subtle pain in the chest cavity. Perhaps it could have been nothing but that's a chance that someone ELSE will have to take. I guess for me it's onto my next weight loss craze. *Disappointed shoulder shrug* ...Besides the chest pains I noticed that if I didn't eat enough during the day I'd have an upset stomach by dinner time; just an overall feeling of nausea but one that won't easily go away with a few saltines. Overall for me personally, though I suppose I could have endured the discomfort, in the end it wasn't worth the tummy ache or the unease about it causing unforeseen & possibly permanent harm to my body. Hopeful it works for OTHERS without any notable side effects.

It Works, But Not Worth It
Like others, I bought these pills in an endeavor to lose weight and get in shape. With intense cardio and resistance training almost everyday, I did lose around 5 lbs in actual weight and 10 lbs in fat in around two months. However, I do not recommend Hydroxycut Max. After taking up to three pills, I received severe stomach cramps almost every night even when I followed the recommended water dosage. Moreover, my head felt constantly jumpy. As a student, the pills had an atrocious effect on my concentration levels.
As I looked into Hydroxycut Max, I realized that the product is simply an overadvertised and overhyped caffeine pills. Why pay the price for these pills if you can get similar product for much less without the intense caffeine intake? After getting the perpetual stomach cramps, I looked into other products. I found the "Green Tea Fat Burner" which is also on amazon. This product has less caffeine to prevent the jumpiness, but just enough to give you an umph in your workouts. After taking those pills, my stomach cramps disappeared.
Honestly...most women out there want to lose weight...and fast. Regardless of the amazing models that Hydroxycut Max has, this product is just not worth risking your health.
