Customer Rating: - I've had tons of jerky... and this isn't the worst
Not bad, not great. So so, pretty much describes this. My favorite jerky flavor is sweet & hot, and although this wasn't the best I've had (Jack Link's is #1), it was satisfactory.

This was a complete surprise. My husband bought Mr. Z's for himself, and I snagged a few pieces during a car trip. He never got the bag back! I love this stuff, and it is grass fed beef, which neans no hormones or antibiotics like the corn fed variety. We will be buying more!

Customer Rating: - Pretty Good Jerky
This is good jerky. The texture is pleasant, (not too tough, and not too soft). There is not a-lot of connective tissue and silver skin, as there sometimes is in this strip sliced beef jerky. The flavor was a little disappointing. I like spicy foods. When I buy a product that says "Sweet and Hot" I expect it to hit me with both ends and I really only got a hint of either in this product. As for the horrifying chemicals and preservatives, its jerky, they all have lots of cures and preservatives. I have eaten three bags so-far and have not died yet......though I have developed this odd tick.....odd tick.....odd tick.....

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! Amazon did NOT listed DANGEROUS preservatives in this product!!! It contains: MSG, polysorbate 80, silicon dioxide, glycol propylene, sodium nitrate!!! My body does not need those toxins, DOES IT YOURS??? Moreover, the product was made in BRAZIL!!! WAS CATTLE FED ANTIBIOTIC AND HORMONE ENRICHED FOODS??? VERY DANGEROUS THING TO CONSUME INTO YOUR BODY!!!
