Because the HEM-670IT has a wrist cuff, it is particularly helpful if you have a larger than average sized arm. Found the unit simple to set up and plenty accurate, software is very easy/functional.

If you plan to only monitor and track one person I would buy this wrist cuff over the arm cuff. I have both and found the accuracy the same (wrist at work & arm at home). The wrist cuff is far easier to use and store, it does however only track a single user. To automatically track and download two individual users you will need the arm unit.

I have the large Omron HEM-790IT but I wanted a smaller unit I could cary with me on travel. When the HEM-670IT arrived, I checked readings I made against the HEM-790IT. The two units are very consistent. I found the HEM-670IT as easy to use and more portable.
