What a waste; no pun intended. Label didn't all come off, but that was the least of my problems. When I put the pedal in the slot and opened the can,the lid came off broken.
It's too big to return, but fit in the dumpster just fine.
First time I've hated a product purchased from Amazon, but there's always a first time@

The label comes right off whole. There was some leftover glue like others have stated, but it comes right off by dabbing it a few times with the sticky side of the just peeled label. This is a good trash can. Stop ruining them!

The label on the front is very difficult to remove. It arrived slightly damaged due to UPS. OXO should rething the label adhesive situation

Just got this can looks and works great. The label did come off just peal it slow. The lock to hold the bag in also holds bag!
