Run out and buy this right now!! Don't suffer another DAY!
I went thru several months of hot flashes, night sweats (couldn't sleep without a fan directly by my side), and mood swings (of course I was in denial).
Within a week of taking two pills a day, started noticing a difference. Within two months NO SYMPTOMS!!! I'm now at 3 months, FANTASTIC. My hot flashes were so bad, I'd be sitting here talking and spontaneously break out into a pouring sweat. Looked like someone had just dumped a glass of water on my neck and chest. It would instantaneously drench my clothing. It was bad, but NO MORE!! I didn't purchase this thru amazon, but still wanted to get the reviews out! But I do LOVE amazon as a vendor too!

Lifesaver
I just want to say that I give thanks for this product. I tried HRT and didn't like the side effects. But, as soon as I got off HRT, the hot flashes came back. I was suffering about 5 or 6 hot flashes an hour, night and day. After my doctor's recommendation and reading numerous reviews, I thought, why not? The instructions say that relief can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks. My relief finally came, but I had to stick with it for almost six weeks. That's unheard of for me. I usually give up on something and move on to something else. But, I stuck it out and the payoff has been well worthwhile. I am now completely hot flash free!! All I can say is try Remifemin. Stick with it. It will work.

Menopouse Help
I have been in my perimenopuse since I was 40 and when I heard about this product about 5 years ago I decided to use it and still using it since.It works wonderfull with the hotflashes and the insomnia.The best thing is that is natural and after all this years I haven't had any secondary effects.I recommend it a 100%.

Disappointment
I tried this product for 4 months. For the first two months I took it as directed (one tablet in the morning, one tablet at night.) I had NO reduction in hot flashes. Then I took double the dosage. Again, absolutely no reduction in my hot flashes. I even kept notes on the number of my hot flashes. I'm very disappointed in this product. I have done some research and found that the latest studies reveal that using a placebo (sugar pill) and using this product help women equally well...meaning, of course, that the placebo effect is what is helping women, not the black cohosh supplement. What a waste of money and my time! I had really wanted this product to help me.
