This little thing was recommended to me from a friend and it was all that she said it was!! If you love garlic, it is the gadget for you. The roasted garlic comes out perfect. In the last three days I have gone through 8 heads of garlic!! (some for friends) Perfect for roasting and spreading on baguette bread or using for sauces.

I highly recommend this item to anyone who loves garlic!! My husband and I got this as a wedding present and it is great!! We have used it over and over, and I will be purchasing this for gifts of my garlic lover friends forever! Italian night is great, but we use it for many more occasions!
It takes 27 minutes for of whole bulb, but also gives you an extra 10 minute more if you are cooking up to 3 bulbs-and it fits in the little pan provided perfectly!!
Normally I would spend at least an hour at 450 degrees in the oven for the same product, but this is better.
You can use the garlic as a spread, in dips, in sauces--it comes out great!!
