Item Details and Quality:
Our salt cod is boned, which means that, when filleted, every effort is made to remove all the bones. Occasionally however you may find a small pin bone in the cod. We at Gorton's Fresh Seafood, have used this product for many recipes, and have yet to find a bone, but we thought you should know about this.

The dealer was prompt but I like fresh from the store a heck of a lot better and it costs a lot less.

Not sure what to do with the nice little box.
