Be Careful!
I bought this stuff at costco 'cause I have a hard time sleeping when on vacation. I tried a full tablet the first night and it worked pretty well. I felt kinda out of it the second day but I chalked it up to chance. After taking another the next night, I woke up and felt very sick. I must be really sensitive or somethin'... Anyways. I have cut down my dosage to 1/8th of a tablet and for no more than three days in a row with a week break. With this rate a bottle will last me a couple of years.
Pros: Cheap!
Works well.
Makes you sleep longer and deeper.
Vivid dreams.
Cons: Vivid dreams (I personally dream very vividly the WHOLE night if I take one of these)
Nausea(if you take too much)
Overall if you have trouble sleeping this will make a great alternative to help you sleep well.

Lifesaver!
Schiff's Melatonin Plus with L-Theanine and Vitamin B6 is the ONLY Melatonin that I will ever use! I let it melt under my tongue for faster effect. I only need a half a pill each night!
It's the combination of these three things that does the trick, trust me!
If I was to take something on a desert island, THIS would be one of them!
Oh and btw: Sam's has a 300-count bottle for around 5-6 bucks!:)

Good Sleep less irritable
Schiff Melatonin Plus 3 mg Melatonin with 25 mg Theanine - For Stress Relief and a Sounder Sleep - 300 Tablets
This is my personal favorite Melatonin. It seems to work for me better than any other melatonin product that I've tried. Must be the L-Theanine that it has. I let it melt in my mouth for faster results. You have to be really ready to go asleep, say like in 30 minutes or less. It doesn't leave you groggy in the mourning if you take it this way. Just a quicker more restful sleep. It's available at Sam's Club, also. It , also helps to take with 100mg of 5-HTP.

UNREAL - IT WORKS!
This is one of the best sleep aids known to man. One of the best products I have ever used. I sometimes need to take 2 pills, but it works and I have a real hard time getting to sleep. The only problem is that you can get used to it and it's effect doesn't work after a while so keep doing all those other things to fall a sleep.
