About these shakes -- as someone else said, yes! Serve them very cold! Not that warm is horrible, but when you drink it warm, it has an odd flavor to it... the chill takes that away.

If you've had a regular Slim Fast shake, this has a very similar flavor -- but it seems the shake is a bit thinner, though very flavorful.

Also, for me, these aren't exactly a meal replacement. it's just not enough -- especially when you're on the South Beach Diet --- where you can eat as much as you want, so long as it's within the guidelines. Eat a bit of food with this to be very satisfied.

Serve it cold but not frozen. It is as good as a thick shake from McDonalds but with only 2 net grams of carbs & loads of nutrients. I have 1 for breakfast every day. Keeps me full through lunch.

Slim-Fast is a marvelous fast solution to finding something to eat on a crazy busy day! The nutritionally well-balanced meal-in-a-can provides an appetizing answer for mealtimes when you-re hungry but you don't have time or energy for fixing your own meal or waiting for a restaurant cook to do it.
