Easy to apply, nice smell, moderately effective
I done got bad toenail fungus, and ZetaClear ain't no cure. After months of use, I recommend using motor oil, tabasco sauce, or just cuttin' your toes off.
Seriously, after months of use, it did NOT make any dramatic improvement. It did seem to keep them from getting any worse, but for the price, the results seem modest at best. If you have a bad case, save your money and try a cheaper source of tea tree oil.

Buyer Beware: Possible Scam Remedy
Many of the web sites you will find that speak about ZetaClear such as publichealthforums.com, healthynailsworld.com and others like them, seem to be associated with the product manufacturer. It appears they are involved in an official-looking viral marketing campaign, to give the appearance of legitimacy to their product. I suspect the same woman appears under different names, on different sites as a moderator or official source of information. All of the reviews on these sites are anonymous for the most part as well.
It may be legitimate, but my readings suggest otherwise. I recommend talking to your doctor or pharmacist at Walgreens before buying this stuff because it's not cheap. Better safe than sorry! The unfortunate fact is virtually all over the counter remedies for nail fungus do not work, unless you have a very mild or new case.
